Increase Sound / Brightness by quarters

Damnit, thats too soft. Press volume up once. Too loud ? How about we increase it in quarters ( 1/4 th's ) ?

So to increase volume / brightness by quarters, press the volume or brightness up or down button while holding down option+shift. And done.
