Force Eject a DVD / CD on a mac if it ever gets stuck. And trust me, if that ever happens... well, you don't want to wait till then. Anyway, there's many methods to do this -
1. Press the eject button ( top-right ) of your screen for about 2 seconds.
2. Open disk utility. Select the disk that's stuck in there and click "eject" on the toolbar.
3. Restart your Mac.
4. Restart your Mac and during startup, keep the mouse button ( left ) clicked.
5. Try pushing something into the slot. I know it seems stupid and primitive, but believe me, it often comes out on its own.
6. If all that fails then I suggest you give it to the Apple team. They'll probably repair it or replace it for a new one which is exactly like the old one.
