I'm going to go ahead and say it. I DON'T LIKE LION'S DASHBOARD. It has a opaque background and doesn't ripple. But read my logo - "Love your Mac ? ...Then Control it" So that's exactly what we're going to do. Control Our Mac. And bring the back the original dashboard that we all love so much. So Open System Preferences --> Mission Control and uncheck the box which says "Show Dashboard as a space". And that's it. It's done.
