You can now pre-order your iPhone 4S here with a contract from AT&T, Verizon or Sprint starting at $199. You can also buy an iPhone 4 ( starting at $99 ) or an iPhone 3GS - Free ( starting at $0 ) from the same page. If you can wait for a month until November, Apple will also be selling unlocked and contract free iPhones.
Pre-ordering started on October 7th 2011 and in the first day itself, 200,000 devices were pre-ordered. It appears I may have thrashed the iPhone 4S in my review quite unnecessarily. The average consumer seems to love it.
